Nocap Technologies is founder-led. David leads every engagement, works alongside an AI system we built for exactly that, and brings in senior specialists when a project calls for them.

Founder, Nocap Technologies
David has spent more than thirty years in technology: ethical hacking, software development, technical management and consulting. He founded Nocap Technologies in Alpharetta, GA in June 2024 with three specialists he'd worked alongside for years. They were done watching good technical judgment get buried under corporate process. They wanted something faster, leaner and honest.
Today David leads every client engagement himself, from the first conversation to launch and support after. His security background shapes how we build: least access, real testing and no surprises in production. He's also the one who'll tell you when an AI idea isn't worth the money yet.
The AI-operating model
AI runs through everything we do here. It's infrastructure, not a gimmick. Every engagement is led by David and accelerated by an AI system built to work alongside him. It handles research, planning, building, testing, documentation and follow-through, and it's in the loop from day one.
Vector
AI Execution Partner
Vector is the AI system David works with directly. It coordinates a team of AI agents that plan, build and test software, research problems and keep projects moving. A person reviews and approves what ships. It's not a support chatbot. It's part of how every engagement gets built.

Every problem doesn't need the same team. When a project needs deeper expertise, David brings in senior specialists from a small network of people he's worked with for years. They prefer not to be named publicly, so we describe what they do instead of who they are.
