Oscar Cruz Construction: a local hardscape contractor, brought online
We built Oscar Cruz Construction's website, set up their customer reviews and Google Business listing, and built an estimating system that turns a job's crew, days, and materials into a professional client quote. We also built a lead pipeline that watches public bid boards for work that fits.
Nocap Research: our own brand, built end to end
Nocap Research is one of our own brands, designed, built, and run in-house. We took it from idea to a live platform in roughly a week. That pace isn't the exception; it's the standard we hold every engagement to.
Scope: platform architecture, e-commerce functionality, administrative tooling, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing operational automation.
Marketing Studio
An AI content studio we built for our own brands and now run as a product for companies: generate on-brand posts, review them, and publish across platforms.
Software built by AI agent teams
We ship software with orchestrated teams of AI agents, a product manager, developers, and QA that plan, build, test, and release real features. It's how we move from idea to shipped in days, not months. More on custom AI agents.
Self-hosted AI, running on our own hardware
A private AI assistant we designed and run entirely on our own self-hosted infrastructure. It has a custom-trained wake word and its own synthesized voice, and it connects to and orchestrates our environment, all without depending on a third-party cloud.

AURA is an AI-powered health and self-optimization app: personalized training, nutrition, and progress tracking driven by your own health data and an always-on AI coach. In active development.
P.O.L... original AI music
An original, AI-produced music project we write, produce, and release end to end. The name stands for Proof of Life: a demonstration that AI can carry real creative life. We have three released tracks: Rise, The Hunters Nightmare, and True Power.
