Nocap Technologies, LLC ("Nocap Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Alpharetta, Georgia, operates the website located at nocap-technologies.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

When you submit an inquiry through our project inquiry form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Type of service requested

• Desired timeline (optional)
• Approximate budget range (optional)

If you sign up to test one of our apps, we collect the email address tied to your app store account and the platform you use (Android or iOS).

We do not require account creation. Apart from the basic, anonymous site analytics described below, we do not collect information through any means other than what you voluntarily submit through a form on the Site or by emailing or calling us directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Evaluate and respond to your inquiry

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Spam Protection

Our forms use simple, built-in spam protection: a hidden field that automated bots tend to fill in, and a limit on how many submissions can come from one network address in a short period. Your network address is used only for that limit and is included in the notification we receive so we can spot abuse. No third-party bot-detection service is used.

Site Analytics

We measure visits with a self-hosted analytics tool that we run on our own servers. It records basic, aggregate information such as which pages are viewed, the referring site, and general browser, device, and country information. It does not use cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and the data is not shared with or sold to anyone.

Third-Party Services

We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including:

• Email delivery: to route inquiry submissions and communicate with you
• Hosting infrastructure: to serve the Site itself

These providers process data only as necessary to perform these functions on our behalf, and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, or until you request deletion (see below).

No Payment Processing (At This Time)

The Site includes a "Pay an Invoice" page that is not currently active. No payment or financial information is currently collected or processed through the Site. If and when online payment processing is enabled, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how that information is collected, processed, and secured.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site and our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
