Ongoing Support
Ongoing support: we stay reachable after launch
Software and AI systems need care after launch. Models change, APIs change and businesses change. We keep what we built running, improve it as you grow, and you always get a direct line to the person who built it.
Ongoing Support at Nocap Technologies
Ongoing support at Nocap Technologies keeps the systems we build healthy after launch. That includes monitoring, fixes, security updates, keeping AI agents and integrations working as the services they depend on change, and small improvements as your business grows. Support can be project-based, where you call us when you need something, or ongoing, where we keep an eye on things and handle updates on a regular rhythm. Either way you get a direct line to the founder, not a ticket queue, and a reply within one business day. Every change is logged so you always know the state of your systems, and if you ever want to take things in-house, you get the documentation to do it. Launch is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
What support covers
- Monitoring and fixing what breaks
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Keeping AI agents and integrations working as models and APIs change
- Small improvements and new features as you grow
- Backups and recovery checks
- Plain-language updates on what we did and why
Why AI systems need it more than most
Traditional software can sit untouched for years. AI systems can't. Model providers retire and update models, APIs change their rules, and the data your agents read keeps shifting. A system that worked perfectly at launch can quietly get worse. Ongoing support means someone is watching for that and fixing it before your customers notice.
How it works
-
Agree the rhythm
Project-based when you need it, or a regular arrangement with set check-ins.
-
Direct line
You reach David directly by email or phone. We reply within one business day.
-
Keep a log
Every change is recorded so you always know the state of your systems.
-
No lock-in
If you want to move it in-house later, you get the documentation and access to do it.
What is in scope, and what is not
Support covers the systems we built or took over after an assessment: keeping them running, secure and current, and making small improvements. New features or big changes are scoped separately so you always know what you're paying for. We don't provide general office IT, like laptops, printers or email accounts for staff.
Is ongoing support right for you?
If a system matters to your revenue or your customers, someone should be watching it. Ongoing support is a good fit when you don't have a technical person in-house, or when your technical people are busy with other work. If a system is simple and stable, project-based support, where you call when you need something, is usually enough.
Cost
Support is scoped to how much you run and how much attention it needs. See how we price or start a conversation.
Questions people ask
Do you support systems you did not build?
Sometimes. We usually start with a short assessment so we understand what we are taking on before we commit to supporting it.
How fast do you respond?
We reply to every message within one business day, and urgent issues on systems we support are handled as fast as we can get to them.
Why do AI systems need ongoing support?
Because the models and APIs they depend on keep changing. Without someone watching, an AI system that worked at launch can quietly get worse over time.
Got something worth building?
Tell us what you're working on, however early or unusual. It goes straight to the founder.
